Refund Policy

• Entry11 may and may not refund any amount to the User after deducting any associated cancellation fees and taxes, depending on the circumstances.
• The refunds are processed using the same method as the deposit. It may take up to 24 working hours to process a withdrawal.
• Entry11 acknowledges that, due to banking reconciliations and other outside dependencies that it has, any transaction on the Entry11 platform might take up to 24 hours to complete.
• Entry11 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to participate in due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to any inability to participate in due to unforeseen events or causes beyond Entry11 control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or army authorities, strikes, or transportation shortages, or any cancellation of any cricket match to which a Co is a party. In such cases, Entry11 reserves the right to cancel any connected Contest(s) and issue an appropriate refund to all participants.
